I was with my friend who is a regular. She loves your smoothies and has the app. We walked in on 8/30/26 around 5pm, after driving 4 hours. Caden M.waited on us. My friend had her tropical smoothie app scanned. He asked did she want to use points? My friend said no. Order came to $42. My friend looked at the receipt, we did not get the special price of $6 on the acai bowls so she requested the order to be canceled and re do with correct price. He told us he can not do that. The sign is right there by the register with the price. We said how he scanned her app. He then offered to throw in an extra acai bowl for free, so we accepted that. The other girl working finished the rest of our food part of oder. He handed us our bag and we left. In my opinion, he does not have a great attention span. He seemed more interested in young ladies who were behind ud. He was very friendly to them. It gets better. We leave, tired from our long earlier drive. We get back to the house and realize we never got our smoothie! We checked the receipt, it was on the receipt. We only received 3 out of 4 of our ordered items. So we drive back. I went in, my friend has hip issue, remained in the car. I show

For those wanting to get a fantastic deal on a smoothy or food item today.(8-22-26) Everything is 50% off till 8pm. This is my first time here, the smoothie is delicious and the food menu has some interesting items on it. I just bought the smoothie. The place has seating inside and is clean, staff worked well together and orders were processed in a timely manner. I don't normally buy smoothies, but at 50% off I couldn't pass up this deal, I'd come back again.

I came here two days back to back - one afternoon for a smoothie and next morning for breakfast and this is one of the best cafe's I've been too. The staff really took great care to prepare my smoothie perfectly and it was delicious! Next morning, the breakfast was healthy with great taste as well. What impressed me most was the outstanding service provided by JC and Eric this morning. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my meal and I was treated very well!. Kudos to JC and Eric for their excellent service who are superstars themselves and Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a 5-Star cafe! In the photos - JC on the right, Eric on the left.
